"Coming off a tough loss to Mineral Area, tremendous job by our guys of bouncing back," said Coach Patrick Smith," We've had players in and out of the line up so it's been really nice to have continuity in terms of our playing rotation. Each season is about a different team and different dynamics but it's all about perfecting your team's mentality, effort and execution of the system. This team has improved and the elevation of our team's progress must continue for us to chase championships and pursue our team goals. We always talk to our players about "bring you and make it about us" in terms of strong  individual play but in the end, make sure we're combining that into cumulative team play."

Moberly currently is ranked #17 in the latest NJCAA National Rankings and stands 15-4 on the season (3-1 in Region 16, 5-1 in the MCCAC) with their 9th victory in their last 10 games. The Greyhounds host State Fair on Wednesday, January 24 in a Region 16 doubleheader with the women's game at 5 pm followed by the men's contest at 7 pm.
