MACC GREYHOUNDS DEFEAT ST. LOUIS CC 82-49 FOR 13TH STRAIGHT WIN

#5 Greyhounds to host #21 Southeastern Iowa on Wednesday

The Moberly Area Community College Greyhounds Men's Basketball Team defeated St. Louis CC 82-49 this past Monday evening at the Fitzsimmons-John Arena for their 13th consecutive victory. Moberly jumped out to a 36-19 halftime lead and coasted to the victory in the second half. The Greyhounds were led in scoring by sophomore PG Jaheim Tanksley with 15 points(3-5 from three-point range); Tedric Washington added 14 points while Tre'von Spillers scored 13 points and 6'1" soph. guard Amorey Womack added 10 points. St. Louis CC dropped to 15-8 with the loss.

Moberly Area CC Men's Basketball currently is ranked #5 nationally in the NJCAA Poll with a 23-3 record, 11-0 in the MCCAC and 9-0 in Region 16 play. The Greyhounds host #21 nationally ranked Southeastern Iowa on Wednesday, February 15, in one of the most prestigious rivalries in all of JUCO Basketball.
