“I was very pleased with how we responded tonight in our opening region game,” said Coach Patrick Smith, “I thought we really stepped up our defensive performance and did a much better job of playing fast and together on offense. With us in the thick of region play right now, it only gets tougher so looking forward to gong thru the process with this team. Throughout the season you have to adjust and continue an upward progression and hopefully we can find that improvement.”
The Greyhounds return to Region 16 action Wednesday evening, Jan. 18 when they travel to Sedalia to play State Fair CC at 7:30 pm.
