The Greyhounds will play Parkland College at 2 pm in the second game on Sunday, December 8. Other games during the event are as follows: St. Louis CC vs. State Fair CC at noon, Moberly vs. Parkland at 2 pm, Three Rivers vs. Southwesten Illinois at 4:00 and Mineral Area vs. Lewis and Clark at 6 pm.

Moberly currently has an 8-3 record heading into the Classic having won 4 of their last 5 games.

“It’s very important to finish this semester strong,” said Coach Patrick Smith, “WE lost a very tough game Saturday to a very good Indian Hills team after an strong win over a quality Highland CC Team Friday. Those two games convinced me that we’re getting close to being at the level we want to at this time of the year. Every day is very essential to our team development, must continue to progress individually and collectively as a team. Parkland is a very good team, ranked in the Top 15 of NJCAA Division II and we’ve always enjoyed playing in this event.”
