“Was really impressed with the mentality that our players came into this game with,” said Coach Pat Smith, “Three Rivers is a very good, well coached team and playing in their new facility, was a tremendous atmosphere. I thought we guarded really well and shared the ball on offense which usually guarantees a well played game. Our balance has been really good on this squad and that’s been a key to our success. We must continue to fine tune what we’re doing in all phases, become closer to a 40 minute team and continue to find the next level. However, really pleased with how we’ve been playing and hope we continue to progress. Our Region is very good this season and there are a lot of challenges ahead.”
Moberly improves to 19-4 with their 9th consecutive victory while improving to 6-0 in the MCCAC and 4-0 in Region 16. MACC’s victory was also their 26th consecutive Region 16 regular season win.
