“Tremendous team win in a very tough environment as it was a great basketball atmosphere,” said Coach Pat Smith, “I thought Three Rivers played very well and we had to tough the win out. Really pleased that on a night we didn’t have our best offensive game, we secured 31 offensive rebounds because that is something we really stress. Very pleased with where we are at but this team must share a vision of where we want to get too. The journey is on-going and onto the next step against a really good West Plains team.”
Moberly improved to 18-5 overall with a Region 16 record of 4-0 with their 11th consecutive victory while Three Rivers dropped to 8-14 and 2-3. Moberly returns to action this Wednesday, January 30 as they host Missouri State-West Plains with a 7:00 pm tip off.
