“Just a great team win,” said Coach Patrick Smith, “ It was a game that we had a hard time developing any offensive rhythm, shot 6 for 25 from three point range, had to pretty much play from behind all night on the road and was truly a victory we just grinded and toughed out. Our players stayed in the moment and made enough plays to get it done against a very good State Fair Team. With that said, we now have three days to get better and get ready to play against another very good team in Mineral Area. We’re still in the transition stage of changing a couple of things and it’s the time of year we’ve got to maximize each day.”
Moberly returns to action Saturday night against Mineral Area with game time at 7:00 pm.
