Butler lead North Central in scoring with 41 points while Shaw added 20 points and Andrews added 15 points.

“I guess it was a great game to watch as a spectator, much better than to coach in,” said Moberly Coach Pat Smith, “I give North Central just a ton of credit, they are a very good/well coached team who just played extremely well. I give our guys so much credit for hanging in there and toughing out a win on a night when things weren’t going very well. With that said, we have a long way to go and must be making progress in every area of our system. It’s always a lot better to build off a win than the alternative so we’ll proceed and seek individual and team improvements.”

Moberly improved to 6-2 on the season while North Central dropped to 3-3 on the season. MACC returns to action this Saturday, February 13 with a women’s/men’s doubleheader against Metropolitan CC at 2 and 4 pm.
