No visiting fans due to COVID-19 protocals

 

1. Recommended Arrival Time and Location:

Teams arrive 1 ½ hour prior to the scheduled start of the contest. Teams are asked to enter through the South door from the Activity Center parking lot. If a staff person isn't there to greet you, please dial 660-263-1045 to gain entrance. Everyone will need to wear a mask when entering the facility. Once on the lower level masks are not required but highly encouraged.

2. Visiting Team Host:

MACC Arena Staff will be present to meet the visiting team at the time of arrival. They will show teams to their locker room, bench and explain the rules of the arena. Athletic training services are available, please let the Arena Staff know if you will require them upon arrival. Please have COVID screening documents completed. 3. Basketballs:

It is the option of the visiting team whether they bring their own basketballs. However, each team will be provided 6 basketballs for their warm up routine. These basketballs will have been sanitized before the contest.

4. Host for Officials:

Officials are asked to arrive one hour prior to the contest for screening by the home team Athletic Trainer. Officials will enter through the back doors. Please call 660-263-1045 to gain entrance. Officials will not be allowed to bring any guests.

5. Opposing Team Rosters:

6. Water/Cups:

A water cooler will be provided and placed on the stage behind each bench. It is recommended that teams use water bottles. 2 bottle filling stations are available on the lower level for team ·use.

7. Bench Players-(masks):

The benches will be positioned to provide as much social distancing as possible. Players and coaches will not be required to wear masks on the bench but it is highly encouraged. It is strongly recommended that teams exit the gym as soon as possible at the conclusion of the game so game management personnel can begin the disinfection process.

8. Additional Locker Room Guidelines:

Only direct team staff/players are allowed in locker rooms. Showers can be used if a team chooses.

9. Spectator Guidelines:

There will be no visiting fans or concessions.

10. Cheer Squad:

Opposing cheer squads will not be allowed at any MACC athletic events.
