The Moberly Area Community College Men’s Basketball Team defeated Metropolitan CC 75-45 on the Tuesday evening at the Fitzsimmons-John Arena. Metropolitan was lead in scoring by Dominique Hardiman with 16 points while Garcia scored 10 points.
“Good team win on a night we struggled some offensively,” said Coach Pat Smith, “Thought we guarded really well and stayed pretty grounded in doing what we do. Jimmy Bell was just dominant and he’s really starting to play really well. I thought some of our players who didn’t have great offensive nights stayed committed to guarding and that’s a sign of progress.”
Moberly improved to 6-2 with the victory while Metropolitan CC is now 5-2 on the season.
