“John Wood is very tough to play against because of their systematic approach to their offense and how well they execute,” said Coach Pat Smith, “I thought we played 20 minutes of good basketball, the last 10 of the first half and first 10 minutes of the second half. Thought our pressure defensively got better but we must continue our progression to be more consistent and not so roller coaster. Still trying to figure out some things about this team and the games only get tougher.”
