Improves record to 6-0 with State Fair Classic win

The MACC Men’s Basketball squad defeated the Westminster JV’s 108-48 on Saturday in the State Fair Laser Image Classic in Sedalia. The Greyhounds jumped out to a 54-12 halftime lead behind 12 first half points by sophomore forward Leonard Harper-Baker.

Moberly stayed in control of the game and were led in scoring by Harper-Baker's 19 points, to go along with 15 points by freshman guard Trey Owens. Other double figure scorers were 6’7” freshman forward Austin Trice and sophomore guard Brandon Betters with 13 points each. 6’8” freshman forward Quattarius Wilson added 11 points and 8 rebounds. Moberly improved to 6-0 with the victory.

Moberly Area Community College returns to action on Tuesday, November 22 as they host Penn Valley Community College in the second game of a doubleheader at 7:00 pm.
