BellAndre Bell, a native of Chicago Illinois has had two stints as a Moberly Greyhound. First as a coach under Pat Smith during the 2012-14 seasons, in which the Greyhounds compiled a 47-18 record with two Regional Runner Up finishes.

Bell was previously an Assistant Coach at Trinity Valley Community College under Smith from 2008-12, as they scored a 91-35 record with a Regional 14 Conference Championship and ranked 9th nationally in the NJCAA. Bell also coached for two years at Trinity Valley as Women’s Assistant Coach when the team won back to back conference and regional championships, (59-12) while ranking 6th and 7th nationally.

He took a two year break from college basketball, going home to Chicago where he coached at St. Rita High School, one of the top high schools in Illinois. The St. Rita Mustangs won two Catholic League Conference and Regional titles with a two-year record of 46-15 from the 2014-2016 seasons. Coaching basketball is my love and helping young men and women grow as student-athletes. I have two sons Keandre Bell (5) and Andre Bell Jr. (15). My goal is to one day become a head coach.
